3. What drinks are on the menu?

Our menu includes a wide range of drinks to suit all tastes:

• Milk Teas: Classic flavors such as Brown Sugar, Matcha, Taro, Hazelnut, and more.
• Fruit Teas: Refreshing options like Lemon, Peach, Strawberry, Lychee, Passion, and Mango (available with green or black tea).
• Milkshakes: Vanilla, Chocolate, Oreo, and Strawberry.
• Refreshers and Ades: Blue Lagoon Mojito, Strawberry Ade, Lemon Ade, Mango Ade, and Passion Ade.
• Coffee & Lattes: Caramel Latte, Mocha, Cafe Latte, and Matcha Latte.
• Limited Edition Series: Seasonal and specialty drinks like the Cookie Collection, Pistachio and Cream, Holiday Series, Strawberry Matcha Latte, and Biscoff Series.

You can also add toppings such as tapioca pearls, popping boba, mixed jelly, Oreo crumbs, and more.

4. What size options do you offer for drinks?

We offer two sizes:

• Regular: 500 ml
• Large: 700 ml

5. Can I customize my drink?

Yes, we encourage customization! You can choose:

• Sweetness Level: No sweetness, light, medium, or full.
• Ice Level: Light ice, medium ice, or very iced.
• Toppings: From classic tapioca pearls to various popping boba flavors and other toppings.

6. Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?

Yes, many of our fruit teas and popping boba are dairy-free, and you can request non-dairy milk alternatives for our milk teas. Just let us know your preferences when placing your order.

7. Are your drinks gluten-free?

Most of our drinks, including the tapioca pearls and toppings, are gluten-free. Please inform us if you have any dietary restrictions when placing your order.

8. Do you offer delivery?

Currently, orders are placed via WhatsApp for pick-up. Delivery options will be introduced soon, so stay connected for updates!

9. What are your store hours?

We have different hours for each location:

• Sarit Center: Opens at 11 AM, closes at 8 PM on weekdays. Opens at 12 PM and closes at 8:30 PM on weekends.
• BBS Mall: Opens at 1 PM and closes at 10 PM every day.
• City Mall Nyali: Opens at 11 AM and closes at 8 PM.
• Koinange St (24 Deluxe Mall): Opens at 11 AM and closes at 7 PM (closed on Sundays and Mondays).

10. What are your store locations?

We currently have stores at:

• Sarit Center: Located at Sarit Center, Westlands, Nairobi.
• BBS Mall: In Mombasa, BBS Mall.
• City Mall Nyali: At City Mall, Nyali, Mombasa.
• 24 Deluxe Mall, Koinange St: Next to Habib Bank.

11. What toppings do you offer?

We have a variety of toppings to enhance your drink:

• Tapioca Pearls (classic boba)
• Popping Boba in flavors like Mango, Strawberry, Lychee, Blueberry, Peach, and Kiwi
• Mixed Jelly
• Oreo Cookie Crumbs
• Cinnamon
• Milk Foam

Each additional topping is available for KES 50 per scoop.
